AI Terms of Service
Welcome to Cozyla AI. We leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance your experience and provide superior services. This document outlines the terms under which you may use our AI features, including any implications for your data and privacy.
Cozyla US Corp. ("Cozyla", "We", "Us" or "Our") provides device software and phone applications ("Software") for the setup, control, and operation of the device as well as the provision of content and other types of services (the "Services" or "Service").
We provide the device software preloaded on the Cozyla products while the user ("You") will need to download the related phone application from an application store such as the Apple App Store for iOS users or the Google Play Store for Android users.
1. AI Services Description
Our AI services include, but are not limited to, intelligent chat interactions (“Cozyla AI”) and automated scheduling assistance functionalities. These services are designed to enhance user experience and productivity through the use of advanced AI technologies.
2. Third-Party AI Services
To provide exceptional enhancements, we partner with third-party AI service providers. Your text, images, voice messages, and related data may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of using the AI services. We take steps to ensure that these providers adhere to strict data protection and privacy standards.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, voice, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.
You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through Service. However, by posting Content using Service you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through Service. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.
This service has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.
The Service may generate output based on the Content you provide to the Service (“Output”). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we hereby assign to you all of our rights, title, and interest in and to the Output, including use of the Output for commercial purposes such as sale or publication. We may use Content or Output to provide and maintain the Service, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies. You are responsible for both the Content and Output, including ensuring it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. Due to the nature of machine learning, users that provide similar Content may result in the Service generating the same or similar output for you or a third-party. Even similar or identical,, output that is requested by and generated for other users are not considered your “Output.”
3. Data Handling
Transmission: Your data is sent to third-party AI servers as is needed for processing.
Storage: We do not store your information on third-party servers longer than necessary to provide the AI enhancements.

4. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
a. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
b. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate Content or otherwise.
c. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
d. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Cozyla, a Cozyla employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
e. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
f. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Cozyla or users of Service or expose them to liability.
g. Not to generate illegal or inappropriate content, including
• sexually explicit content, such as content relating to sexual intercourse or sex acts, sexual fetishes or fantasies, incest or bestiality, pornography and content meant to arouse sexual excitement;
• content promoting suicide or self-harm, bullying, humiliation and/or other emotional harm;
• content depicting animal cruelty or abuse and/or other psychologically or emotionally harmful content;
• content relating to violent extremism, terrorism, or hateful behavior.
h. Not to create and disseminate deceptive or misleading information, such as
• engaging in false online engagement (e.g., fake reviews, comments, or media);
• engaging in or promoting academic dishonesty;
• impersonating another individual or organization without consent or legal right;
• representing that the Output was human-generated when it was not.
i. Not to perform or facilitate the following activities that may significantly affect the safety, wellbeing, or rights of others, including
• infringing, misappropriating, or violating intellectual property or other legal rights (including the rights of publicity);
• making high-stakes automated decisions in domains that affect an individual’s safety, rights or well-being (e.g., law enforcement, migration, management of critical infrastructure, safety components of products, essential services, credit, employment, housing, education, social scoring, or insurance);
• providing tailored legal, medical/health, or financial advice without review by a qualified professional and disclosure of the use of AI assistance and its potential limitations;
• creating political campaigns or interfering in elections, such as generating campaign materials personalized to or targeted at specific demographics;
• facilitating real money gambling, payday lending, title loans, or other high-interest, short-term lending practices that exploit vulnerable individuals;
• using the Services to produce, modify, design, market, or distribute weapons, explosives, dangerous materials or other systems designed to cause harm to or loss of human life;
• using the Services to injure others or destroy property;
• engaging in unauthorized activities that violate the security of any service or system.
Additionally, you agree not to:
j. Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Service.
k. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
l. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without Our prior written consent.
m. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
n. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
o. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
p. Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
q. Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating.
r. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
5. User Responsibilities
Consent: By using our AI features, you consent to the processing of your data as described in these erms.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide for AI processing does not violate any laws or the rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
The AI technologies we use are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the AI tools, nor may you attempt to extract the underlying code of the software. Other than the rights of access and use expressly granted in our Terms, our Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to our Services.
7. Your Rights to Content
A. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you retain all rights, title, and interest – including any intellectual property rights – that you have in and to your Prompts. You agree that your provision of Prompts will not violate these Terms, including the other additional terms that apply to your use of the Service. You also represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Prompts to our Services.
B. As between You and Us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, You own the Output. Subject to your compliance with our Terms, we hereby assign to You all Our rights, title, and interest, if any, in and to the Output. When you use the Services in accordance with these Terms, you grant us, to the fullest extent permitted under the applicable law, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, perform, distribute, transmit, make available, store, access, modify, exploit, commercialize, and otherwise use all Output elicited by you for any purpose in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed, including but not limited to (i) facilitating other users’ ability to elicit Output, and (ii) promoting the Services.
C. While we’re not required to do so, we may access, review, screen, edit, modify and delete your Content at any time and for any reason, including providing and developing the Services or if we think the Content violates these Terms or any applicable laws.
D. We will not train our models on any Content that is not publicly available, except in three circumstances:
• The Content is processed with secure encryption technology, strictly de-identified and cannot be re-identified to a specific individual. If you do not want us to use your Content to train our models, you can opt out by contacting us via the details disclosed in the section “Contact Us”. Please note that in some cases this may limit the ability of our Services to better address your specific use case.
• If you provide Feedback to us (through the Services or otherwise) regarding any Content, you agree that we may use that Feedback however we choose without any obligation or other payment to you.
• If your Content is flagged for safety review, we may use or analyze that Content to improve our ability to detect and enforce any activity that violates these Terms, including training models.
8. Accuracy
Artificial intelligence and AI models are frontier technologies that are still improving in accuracy, reliability, and safety. When you use our Services, you acknowledge and agree:
1. Output may not always be accurate or reflect correct, current, or complete information. You should not rely on Output from our Services as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
2. You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing Output from the Services.
3. Output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our Services, due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence generally.
4. Our Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output that does not represent our views. If Output references any third-party products or services, it doesn’t mean the third party endorses or is affiliated with us.
5. You – not Cozyla– are responsible for your use of, and/or any actions you take in relation to, Content generated by the Services based on your Prompts.
9. Our Rights
9.1. Our use of Content
We may use Content and related information as described in these Terms and Privacy Policy, and may do so through automated or manual (i.e., human) review and through third-party vendors in some instances:
a. To provide, maintain and improve our Services, and conduct and support research;
b. To monitor your use of our Services for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and to report violations of applicable laws or regulations as required by law or as otherwise requested by a court order or government authority;
c. To remove unsafe, discriminatory or other Content that violates these Terms, or any other applicable additional terms;
d. To suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms with respect to your use of our Services.
9.2. Content Moderation
Our Services may block Content uploads, or other information that violate these Terms, or that is likely to lead to the creation of Output that violates these Terms. Prompts, Outputs or Feedback that violate these Terms may be removed.
Abuse of our Services, such as repeated attempts to produce prohibited content or other violations, may result in service or account suspension, service limitations. You may report problematic or illegal content by contacting us.
9.3. Suspension and Termination
In addition to Section 9.2, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue offering or supporting all or part of any of the Services at any time and for any reason, to some or to all users. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of any of the Services at any time without notice and for any reason, including (without limitation)
a. if you breach these Terms;
b. if we determine we must do so to comply with the law;
c. if your use of our Services could cause risk or harm to us, our users, or anyone else;
d. if we suspect you are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity; or
e. if your account is suspended or closed by us or by you.
If you believe we have suspended or terminated your account in error, you can file an appeal with us in according to the applicable laws and regulations.

11. Changes to AI Terms
We may update these AI Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our processing practices. We will notify you of any significant changes.
